Rock the Boat: Prospective CD-8 Candidate Overview

Who will run to replace Congressman Kevin Brady in the Texas 8th district? Rock the Boat co-hosts Reagan Reed and Robert Coats break down the rumored candidates in this week’s edition of Rock the Boat.

Reed and Coats do a deep dive analysis of potential contenders for the open seat, weighing the strengths and weaknesses of each individual as a candidate. They also address the geography and dynamics of a primary election in the 8th district, and how re-districting could change everything.

Producer Billy Graff also gives an update on the work he is doing on the Montgomery County Republican Party Candidates Committee. Graff discusses with the co-hosts the importance of recruiting quality candidates for local offices.
