Candidate for Montgomery County Clerk, Brandon Steinmann, has received an influential endorsement from Texas’ oldest and largest pro-life organization. Texas Right to Life announced their support for Steinmann, calling him a, “staunch advocate for life.”
“Brandon has been a staunch advocate for Life his entire career,” said Texas Right to Life. “He has demonstrated his dedication to protecting the preborn by fighting to protect the Hyde Amendment, which prevents the federal government from paying for abortions. Additionally, he has fought within Texas to ban Planned Parenthood from receiving state dollars, update parental notification requirements, and pass the Texas Sonogram Bill. We know Brandon will remain a champion for the preborn as Montgomery County Clerk.”
“My faith teaches me that God knows all of us in the womb and that every individual life must be protected from the moment it begins,” said Steinmann. “I am proud to have Texas Right to Life’s endorsement, and I will wear it as a badge of honor.”
A native of Conroe, Steinmann is running in the 2022 GOP primary to replace retiring incumbent Mark Turnbull, who has held the position for decades. He and his wife Jessica, who worked in the Justice Department under the Trump administration, currently reside in The Woodlands.
